I called Westline Electrical Services looking for urgent assistance on a Saturday Morning with a faulty RCD switch that had cut off power to all of our PowerPoints. My call was answered straight away but before booking someone in to attend I was given a suggestion over the phone and was able to fix the issue myself! No attendance required. I had just moved in with my young children and our day was looking like it was going to be a disaster. Really taken aback by such kindness, it made our day! Thank you 🙂
